Step 1:
Welcome cocktail with an Icelandic beer or schnapps and traditional shark and wind-dried haddock.

Step 2:
2-course dinner on day 1: authentic homemade meal including our recipes to take home.

Step 3:
3-course dinner on day 2: modern Icelandic cuisine. including your personal copy of the book “Delicious Iceland”.

Step 4:
4-course dinner on day 3. A lovely gourmet dinner inluding wine and cheese degustation.
