Day 1: Arrival in Iceland. Overnight in Reykjavík at any of our three Fosshótels or similar.

Day 2: Visit Gullfoss waterfall, Geysir hot springs and Thingvellir National Park, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Three nights at Fosshótel Mosfell in Hella.

Waterfalls in West Iceland Day 3: Day tour along the south coast to visit Hvolsvöllur saga museum, Skógafoss waterfall and turf farm and the endless lava beach at Vík.

Day 4: Explore Reykjanes peninsula, on the South Western part of Iceland. There you can enjoy bathing in the natural geothermal seawater of the Blue Lagoon, as it is known for its positive effects on the skin, visit the geothermal area of Krýsuvík, or explore Thjorsardalur valley.

Day 5: Go west – explore the saga valley Borgarfjordur with its waterfalls, hot springs and historic sites. Two nights in the Borgarfjordur area at Fosshótel Reykholt or similar.

Day 6: Explore Snæfellsnes peninsula with its snow-capped volcano, stunning coastline, lava fields and bird colonies.

Day 7: Explore Iceland’s capital and overnight in Reykjavík at any of our three Fosshótels or similar.

Day 8: Depart for home.
