How to get there
Coming to Husavik from the west on road #85: When you get to the center of Husavik (above the harbour) turn right just after passing the church on the right side and turn right again the second street. The hotel is a large white 4 story building on the left.

Scheduled domestic flights to Husavik
Direct scheduled flights are between Reykjavík, Iceland's capital and Húsavík with Eagle Air. There will be seven flights per week, four days a week, from Reykjavik‘s domestic airport near the city centre, to Húsavík in North Iceland.

Húsavík is the ideal base for tours to Lake Myvatn, Iceland’s most powerful waterfall, Dettifoss, the canyon of Asbyrgi, and Akureyri, the Capital of the North. During the wintertime Husavik is a good location for skiing, snowmobiling and Northern Light watching.

The outstanding scenery of Skjalfandi Bay provides the perfect backdrop for any of the many activities possible in the area such as hiking, kayaking, golfing, fishing, horseback riding, bird watching, swimming, biking, and visiting the whale museum full of interesting and detailed information about whales and their habitat.
