Fosshotel Westfjords is a new 3 star hotel that will open in 2013 in the small fishing village of Patreksfjordur in the Westfjords of Iceland.

Fjall og Fjara is a modern restaurant at the hotel with a cozy atmosphere and good service. The main focus on the menu is fish and we strive to use as much local products as possible with high quality. The restaurant faces out towards the fjord with great view and in good weather you can enjoy food or drinks on our veranda.

The Westfjords are known for its unique and breathtaking scenery everywhere you look. This location is the gateway to some of the greatest attraction in Iceland like Latrabjarg, the largest bird cliff in Europe, Raudisandur beach, Dynjandi waterfall and many other spectacular places in the surrounding.

At Fosshotel Westfjords there are all together 40 hotelrooms.

There are 31 standards twin rooms (18 sqm), 5 single rooms (14 sqm), 3 deluxe rooms (25 sqm) and one suite (33 sqm) that has a double bed.
All rooms are equipped with twin beds and have bathroom, wi-fi connection, flatscreen tv and phone.
All the hotel rooms have either view over the fjord or the mountains.

The suite (33 sqm)  is located on the second floor and has a view to the south both to the mountains and the ocean. The suite has a king size bed, a sofa and sitting area, desk, coffee & tea facilities. Also there is a separate extra sleeping room.
